You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to your User-Generated Content and that your submission does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights. We do not endorse any User-Generated Content and disclaim any liability for any User-Generated Content. You are solely responsible for your User-Generated Content and the consequences of submitting it.

7. Payment Terms

We reserve the right to terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the services if we believe that you have violated these Terms of Service or any applicable law.
